For domestic orders within the United States we charge a flat rate of $9 for orders under $100. For orders between $100 and $250 we charge a flat $15 rate. Orders over $250 ship free within the United States! Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Once your order is delivered to your doorstep, Yuba Mercantile is no longer responsible for what happens to it from that point onward. We recommend choosing a shipping destination where someone will be available to accept delivery. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders under $400 and weighing less than 4 lbs will be shipped via USPS first class mail unless otherwise requested. Shipping usually takes 7 days to 2 weeks.
To some international destinations you will not be able to track packages once they've left the US via first class mail. In these cases, Yuba Mercantile will not be responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by Yuba Mercantile. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.

We want you to love your purchase from Yuba Mercantile so if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. To initiate a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
Most returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipment date for a full refund less the original shipping cost. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging and original condition.
We make sure to measure and describe each item as accurately as possible so that you will know what you are ordering. We try our best to ensure product images are as accurate as possible, but we cannot account for variations in computer monitors. Please message us with any questions prior to ordering.
In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us at email@example.com with pictures of the damage, and we will either issue a refund or send you a new item.
We will issue your refund as soon as we receive your return. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment, and may take up to 2 weeks to show up on your statement.
If you are an international customer and you select to pay for standard shipping without tracking and insurance, Yuba Mercantile is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
All international orders are FINAL.
Returns on Vintage Items
All vintage items are sold in "as-is" condition and are not eligible for a return. If you are unhappy with your vintage item please contact us and we will do our very best to offer a fair resolution.
